Dinner – Jacket Potatos with Kebab Meat centres

Ingredients: Potatoes, Chicken Breast, Sausage, Beef, Butter, sour cream, mixed herbs

 Jacket Potatos

Poke holes in the potatoes through the skin then brush butter over them and sprinkle any herbs you desire, garlic paste is also a good flavour additive. Wrap the potatoes individually in al-foil and then place the potatoes deep into the camp fire in amongst the hot coals. Leave to cook for an hour. Use a metal skew or knife to check if the potatoes are cooked right through.

Cut up your meats and place them at random on to the kebab sticks. Turn on your camping grill top and then sprinkle some mixed herbs over the different meats. Cook the kebabs for 5 mins on each side.

Dish it Up

Remove the al foil from the potatoes and cut them in half. Put some butter into the potatoes and then take the meat off a skew and inside the potato, serve with sour cream and enjoy!
